In this role you will report directly to the Assistant General Manager and will be responsible for managing all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry). Furthermore you are responsible for Lost & Found, organize Hyatt Place’s own Odds & Ends program and focus strongly on Hyatt’s personalizing the guest experience plan. You will be responsible for the Teamleaders Housekeeping, General Service Cleaners, the outsourced Room Attendants and you interact with the Chef de Cuisine in terms of Stewarding.

Qualification: We are looking for a candidate ideally coming from a similar position in a comparable hotel operation. We expect a minimum of 3 years work experience in Housekeeping Management. Experience with Opera is required and good understanding of the English language. Next to this you are pro-active, a good planner and have an eye for detail. You guide, support and motivate the employees based on their needs.
