We are looking for a colleague to join the Housekeeping team in the role of Assistant Housekeeping Manager. You are an important member of the Housekeeping team, and you will assist in areas of room inspections, efficient team building, supervision of associates, recruitment and selection, budgeting and labor cost plans and performance appraisals. You will closely work together with other departments and will make sure that the Housekeeping team delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
Gevraagd wordt
- You have a diploma in hospitality- or facility management.
- Work experience on a supervisor level in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, hands-on and punctual; great fit for our team and the Hyatt culture.
- Fluent in English, Dutch is preferred
