The Dylan Amsterdam has 40 individually designed rooms, Restaurant Vinkeles, Bar Brasserie Occo, four banqueting facilities and a beautiful garden. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you are responsible for the housekeeping department, together with the Housekeeping Manager. Your main daily task is to check all the rooms and public areas and coordinate the process of the rooms. We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague working in The Dylan Hotel, employed by our cleaning partner Check in Cleaning. Tasks:
- To support the activities of the Housekeeping manager
- To coordinate the activities of the Room Attendants, Housemen, Linen room and Turn Down service
- To order cleaning products and guest supplies
- To check the hotel rooms and all public areas
- To check the status of technical devices and report any damages to the relevant department
- To deal with comments and questions of the guests and provide information or service
- To manage Lost and Found and help the guest if needed
- To keep track of the staff administration
Gevraagd wordt
- Minimum of 6 months work experience in a similar position and 5 star hotel
- To work in a flexible schedule, for at least 30 hours per week
- You have strong management and communication skills
- Eye for detail is one of your priorities
- You have the ability to motivate your colleagues
- To be independent and the ability to work in a team
- Stress resistant
- Residence: area of Amsterdam
